Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to manage the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and mechanical systems, production machinery, and material handling equipment. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and maintaining safe and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, motors, control panels, starters, contactors, relays, and industrial wiring.
- Maintain and repair EOT cranes, hoists, gearboxes, motors, brakes, couplings, rope drums, pulleys, and other material handling equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical faults in bearings, shafts, belts, chains, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems.
- Handle maintenance of production machinery, welding machines, cutting machines, drilling machines, and other shop-floor equipment.
- Inspect and maintain VFDs, PLC-based control systems, sensors, limit switches, and electrical safety devices.
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance activities to minimize production downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, spare parts inventory, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with production, stores,



and purchase departments for maintenance requirements and spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and electrical safety procedures.
- Identify recurring equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support equipment installation, commissioning, and performance improvement activities.

Educational Qualification
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Candidates with relevant industrial maintenance experience in either discipline and practical knowledge of both electrical and mechanical systems will be preferred.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance.
- Knowledge of EOT cranes, hoists, reels/spools, and material handling equipment will be an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of motors, gearboxes, brakes, bearings, control panels, and industrial electrical systems.
- Understanding of preventive maintenance practices and breakdown analysis.
- Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings.
- Good coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and equipment reliability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
