Position Overview

- Job Title: Electrical Site Engineer (Execution &
- Commissioning)

- Location: Bangalore, India (with international site deployment opportunities)

- Employment Type: Full-time

- Experience Required: 2 – 3 Years

- Compensation: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month

- Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities &

- Site Execution &
- Supervision:

Direct and supervise day-to-day electrical installation works on-site, ensuring strict adherence to approved engineering drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

- System Commissioning: Oversee end-to-end testing, pre-commissioning, and final commissioning of high-voltage (HT) and low-voltage (LT) electrical distributions, transformers, switchgears, and power backup systems.

- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a key liaison between project managers, MEP consultants, sub-contractors, and site teams to facilitate smooth operational workflows.

- Quality &

- Safety Assurance:

Enforce stringent quality control (QA/QC) measures and maintain strict compliance with international safety protocols and site-specific HSE regulations.

- Resource Optimization: Efficiently manage site manpower, equipment allocation, and material consumption to prevent delays and minimize wastage.

- Technical Problem Solving: Inspect in office technical discrepancies,



review single-line diagrams (SLDs), and implement timely engineering solutions.

- Documentation &

- Reporting:

Maintain accurate site logs, progress reports, testing logs, inspection requests, and as-built documentation for formal project handover.

Qualifications &

- Competencies

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.

- Professional Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on site execution experience in commercial, industrial, or cleanroom project environments.

- Technical Mastery: In-depth knowledge of HT/LT power distribution, cable tray layout, panel termination, lighting, earthing, sub-stations, and DG sets.

- Drawing Literacy: Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and layout drawings.

- Cross-Border Mobility: Willingness and flexibility to travel to international project sites, including Malaysia, as required by operational demand.

- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, analytical problem-solving, team management, and clear written/verbal communication skills.
