Role & responsibilities :

1. Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of industrial machines and equipment.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, PLC, control panel, sensor, VFD, servo motor, and automation-related issues.
3. Independently handle machine breakdowns and restore equipment to operational condition with minimum downtime.
4. Analyse root causes of recurring machine failures and implement corrective actions.
5. Monitor and maintain PLC-controlled machines and automation systems.
6. Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and PLC logic diagrams.
7. Perform wiring, panel maintenance, component replacement, and electrical modifications when required.

Preferred candidate profile Must have a bachelor's degree in B.E./B.Tech
