Role & responsibilities

- Customer complaint handling
- Coordination with Authorised service centres
- Coordinate warranty complaints with all India Customers, Field Service Engineers & Authorised Service Centres for Switchgear range of products ( LV panels, breakers, contactors, bus trunking, capacitors etc.)

Mention : your current CTC & notice period Preference : dynamic & passionate people with positive communication skills. Computer knowledge is a must.
