Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electrical Engineer role based in Aurangabad.

The Electrical

Engineer will design and develop electrical systems and components for industrial and power applications, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing electrical drawings, performing calculations and simulations, and supporting power distribution and power system projects. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, assisting with installation and commissioning activities, troubleshooting electrical issues, and optimizing system efficiency.





The engineer will also contribute to documentation, technical reports, and continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing and project environments.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering and Electricity concepts, with the ability to apply core principles to practical industrial and power applications.
- Proficiency in Electrical Design, including the creation and review of schematics, layouts, and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of Power Distribution and Power Systems, including load analysis, network configuration, and system protection.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and electrical codes.
- Experience with CAD/CAE tools and electrical design software is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively on-site in a manufacturing or project environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting and stakeholder coordination.
