Job Overview

Proclivity Digitech Private Limited is hiring ELD Customer Support Executives with sales skills to assist US-based trucking companies and owner-operators using Electronic Logging Device (ELD) and fleet telematics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers regarding ELD products and services.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, account-related concerns, and basic troubleshooting.
- Promote ELD devices, subscription plans, upgrades, and additional services.
- Identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and convert inquiries into sales.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to improve retention and customer satisfaction.
- Explain product features, pricing, and service plans professionally.
- Maintain customer records, call details, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Coordinate with technical support and sales teams to resolve customer issues.




- Achieve assigned customer service, upselling, and sales targets.

Requirements
- Good English communication skills with a skilled telephone manner.
- Strong customer service, convincing, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn ELD systems.
- Ability to handle customer queries and sales conversations confidently.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including US night shifts.
- Previous experience in international BPO, customer support, telesales, or ELD/telematics is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
