Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer with hands-on expertise in EPLAN software and electrical design for Special Purpose Machines (SPM). The candidate should have a solid understanding of industrial electrical systems, control panel design, PLC wiring, and electrical schematics for customized machinery and automation projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop electrical schematics, circuit diagrams, and wiring diagrams for SPM machines using EPLAN Electric P8.

- Prepare electrical drawings, control panel layouts, cable schedules, terminal plans, and Bill of Materials (BOM).

- Design electrical systems for PLC-controlled machines, servo drives, VFDs, sensors, motors, and actuators.

- Select appropriate electrical components, including circuit breakers, contactors, relays, power supplies, and safety devices.

- Coordinate with mechanical design, PLC programming, production, assembly, and commissioning teams.

- Ensure electrical designs comply with applicable industrial standards and customer specifications.





- Support electrical panel manufacturing, machine wiring, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning.

- Revise electrical drawings based on engineering changes and customer requirements.

- Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely completion of electrical design activities.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in EPLAN Electric P8 for electrical design and documentation.

- Experience in electrical design for Special Purpose Machines (SPM) or customized industrial machinery.

- Good knowledge of PLC, HMI, servo systems, VFDs, sensors, motors, and industrial control circuits.

- Knowledge of electrical panel design, power distribution, control wiring, and component selection.

- Ability to interpret electrical schematics and support machine assembly and commissioning.

- Understanding of electrical safety standards and industrial automation practices.

- Good coordination, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
