Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Educational Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right courses and career paths. The candidate will interact with prospective students and parents, understand their needs, and provide appropriate guidance regarding educational programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities.
- Explain course details, admission procedures, and program benefits.
- Handle student inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain student records and update CRM or lead management systems.
- Conduct counselling sessions and assist students throughout the admission process.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for documentation and enrollment.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Education or a related field preferred).




- 1–3 years of experience in educational counselling or admissions; freshers can also apply.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Marathi is required.
- English communication skills are preferred.
- Ability to understand student needs and provide suitable guidance.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills
- Previous counselling or sales experience in educational institutes.
- Ability to work with targets and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- A student-focused attitude with a positive and professional approach.
