Responsibilities:

- Administer and support SAP S/4HANA, HANA, ABAP, and JAVA environments.
- Manage SAP Cloud Connector, Web Dispatcher, and Convergent Charging platforms.
- Perform system installation, upgrades, migrations, and system copy activities.
- Handle SSL implementation, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Provide L3 support and resolve critical production incidents.
- Engage with customers and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Support documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational excellence.

Preferred Profile:

- Robust SAP Basis administration background with SAP HANA and S/4HANA.
- Hands-on experience in ABAP and JAVA stack administration.
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer engagement skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale SAP landscapes.
