Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and maintain all computer hardware and software systems.

· Perform PC troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance for end-users.

· Handle network setup, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting.

· Install and update operating systems, drivers, and essential applications.

· Provide day-to-day technical support to departments and team members.

· Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and services when necessary.

· Ensure proper functioning of printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.

· Keep track of IT assets and maintain basic documentation.

Requirements:

· Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, and network fundamentals.

· Understanding of LAN/WAN setup,



IP addressing, and internet configurations.

· Good problem-solving and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and handle IT support queries efficiently.

· BCA/Degree in IT/B.TECH. or any equivalent technical field.
