Responsibilities:

- E-Commerce Strategy:

Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance customer experience.

- Platform Management:

Oversee online sales platforms such as Shopify, Magento, and WooCommerce to ensure optimal performance.

- Digital Marketing:

Execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing, to increase traffic and conversion rates.

- Analytics & Reporting:

Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and e-commerce tracking tools to monitor performance and derive actionable insights.

- CRM Management:

Proficiently use CRM software and MS Excel for data analysis and customer relationship management.

- UX/UI Optimization:

Apply knowledge of UX/UI principles to improve user experience and drive sales.

- Problem Solving:

Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving industry.

- Project Management:





Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining solid communication and organizational skills.

- Trend Awareness:

Stay updated on e-commerce trends, including personalization, chatbots, and AI-driven shopping experiences.

- Inventory & Supply Chain Management:

Oversee inventory management and collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability.

Qualifications:

- Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, IT, or a related field.

- Experience:

5-8 years of experience as an e-commerce manager or in a similar e-commerce or digital marketing role.

- Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of online sales platforms and digital marketing techniques.

- Analytical Skills:

Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in web analytics and e-commerce tracking tools.

- Communication Skills:

Strong communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects.

- Adaptability:

Ability to thrive in a quick-paced environment and adapt to changing industry trends.
