Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Way Bill Executive to handle E-Way Bill generation, documentation, and GST-related coordination. Freshers with a basic understanding of GST and invoicing are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate E-Way Bills through the GST portal.
- Verify invoices, delivery challans, vehicle numbers, and transporter details.
- Ensure accuracy of GSTIN and other invoice details.
- Monitor E-Way Bill validity and coordinate for extensions or updates.
- Maintain E-Way Bill records and supporting documents.




- Coordinate with accounts, dispatch, logistics, and transport teams.
- Resolve discrepancies related to E-Way Bill generation and documentation.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing, and E-Way Bills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
