We’re looking for an organised, hands-on person to manage our online order operations and coordinate day-to-day production.

Responsibilities

- Track online orders from receipt through packing and dispatch.

- Prepare production plans based on orders, demand forecasts and available capacity.

- Forecast product requirements and help maintain accurate stock records.

- Coordinate with production teams and manage daily labour allocation.

- Monitor order status, production progress and dispatch timelines.

- Flag stock shortages, delays and other operational issues early.

What we’re looking for

- Experience in e-commerce operations, production planning, inventory or manufacturing.

- Robust coordination and problem-solving skills.

- Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets;

experience with inventory or order-management software is a plus.

- Able to communicate clearly with workers, vendors and internal teams.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
