About the Role

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Specialist with strong expertise in online marketplace management, e-commerce operations, and paid advertising. The candidate will be responsible for managing online sales channels, optimizing product listings, running advertising campaigns, and improving sales, conversions and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities1. E-Commerce Management

- Manage daily operations across e-commerce marketplaces and company websites.
- Handle product listings, descriptions, images, pricing and catalog updates.
- Manage inventory, stock availability, orders, shipping, returns and cancellations.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, revenue and profitability.
- Optimize product listings using SEO techniques and relevant keywords.
- Manage marketplace accounts such as Amazon, Flipkart and other relevant platforms.
- Analyze competitors, pricing strategies and market trends.

1. E-Commerce Ads & Paid Campaigns

- Plan, create, manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for e-commerce products.
- Run marketplace ads on platforms such as Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant paid advertising channels.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and product campaign planning.
- Monitor advertising budgets, CPC, CTR, conversion rates, ROAS and ACOS.
- Optimize campaigns to increase sales while controlling advertising costs.
- Perform A/B testing of product creatives, ad copy, keywords and campaign strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular advertising reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, traffic and return on ad spend.
- Coordinate with creative and marketing teams for ad banners,



product images and promotional content.

1. Sales & Performance Analysis

- Track daily, weekly and monthly sales and advertising performance.
- Identify high-performing and underperforming products.
- Develop strategies to improve product rankings, sales and conversions.
- Monitor customer reviews, ratings and feedback.
- Coordinate with inventory, logistics, finance and customer support teams.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace advertising policies and platform guidelines.

Required Skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management.
- Practical experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub or similar platforms.
- Experience managing Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Solid understanding of ROAS, ACOS, CPC, CTR, conversion rate and campaign budgets.
- Knowledge of product listing optimization, e-commerce SEO and catalog management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets and sales reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience managing e-commerce operations and paid advertising campaigns.
- Ability to manage advertising budgets and meet sales targets.
- Comfortable working full-time from the Mohali office.
