Role: Manage end-to-end ecommerce operations, ensure timely deliveries, reduce RTO, and improve operational efficiency through WMS and AI automation.

Key Responsibilities:

- * Ensure timely, accurate order processing and dispatch (TAT).
- * Manage NDR, improve delivery success rates, and reduce RTO with performance targets.
- Delivery success rate Improve delivered orders.
- RTO percentage Reduce RTO against a defined baseline
- Order processing accuracy Minimize errors and cancellations
- Courier performance Identify and address poor-performing partners

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ecommerce operations tools such as CRM etc
- Knowledge of AI tools and process automation.
- Solid Excel, reporting, analytical, and coordination skills.
