Bhagwati Industrial Group is looking for an experienced E-Commerce professional with a strong background in the Rice Industry specifically.

Qualification and experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, E-commerce management, with at least 2 years exclusively managing rice, pulses, flour (Atta), or heavy staple food brands.

Rice Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of consumer preferences in rice (e.g., aged Basmati vs. new crop, institutional vs. household packs) and FSSAI guidelines for grain packaging.

Data & Logistics Savvy: Proven ability to manage supply chain operations for heavy/bulky consumer goods. Proficient in MS Excel for inventory forecasting and margin analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end operations across Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket and similar marketplaces.
- Manage product listings, titles, descriptions, images, pricing, inventory and catalogue updates.
- Monitor sales, orders, inventory, returns, cancellations and marketplace performance.




- Coordinate with marketplace account managers and support teams to resolve operational issues.
- Track marketplace advertising campaigns and coordinate with agencies for optimization.
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, conversion and sales.
- Keep track of marketplace policies, promotions and ongoing offers.

Skills required
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce marketplaces.
- Good understanding of Amazon Seller Central and other marketplace portals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- Ability to manage multiple marketplaces and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Someone who is proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
