: E-Commerce Executive – Jewellery Industry

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations for our jewellery business, catering primarily to the USA market. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, catalogue management, inventory updates, order processing, and marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain product listings on Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Etsy, Walmart, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and product attributes.
- Handle product uploads, catalogue updates, pricing, and inventory management.
- Monitor orders, shipments, cancellations, returns, and customer queries.
- Conduct competitor research, market analysis, and product trend analysis.
- Implement basic SEO techniques to improve product visibility and search rankings.
- Coordinate with the jewellery production, photography, design, and inventory teams.
- Monitor marketplace performance, sales reports, and product listing quality.
- Ensure accurate product information, including jewellery specifications, metal types, gemstones, sizes,



and weights.
- Identify listing errors and resolve account or catalogue-related issues.
- Maintain daily reports and ensure smooth e-commerce operations.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the jewellery industry.
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, Shopify, Etsy, or Walmart Marketplace.
- Experience in product listing, catalogue management, inventory updates, and order processing.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce SEO, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with jewellery, diamonds, gemstones, or fashion accessories.
- Knowledge of the USA e-commerce market.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software.
- Understanding of international e-commerce operations.

Salary As per experience, skills, and industry standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
