About the Role:

The Wellness Shop is looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage product ratings, customer reviews and marketplace performance across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and improve product ratings and genuine customer reviews.
- Analyse customer feedback and identify recurring product issues.
- Manage product listings and marketplace content updates.
- Track competitor ratings, reviews and customer sentiment.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain ratings and reviews reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations.
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Understanding of ratings, reviews and listing management.
- Good analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with D2C beauty, skincare or wellness brands is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
