We are looking for an experienced Draftsman to prepare accurate architectural drawings and detailed working drawings. The candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD, possess strong technical drafting skills, and ensure drawing accuracy and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.

· Develop construction drawings with accurate dimensions, annotations, and specifications.

· Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD as per project requirements.

· Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to incorporate design changes.

· Revise drawings based on feedback and site requirements.

· Ensure drawing accuracy, quality, and compliance with project specifications.

· Maintain drawing records, revisions, and project documentation.

· Prepare drawings for residential, commercial, institutional, hospitality, and other projects.

· Coordinate with site teams to resolve drawing-related queries.

· Ensure timely completion of assigned drawings and deliverables.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a relevant field.





· 3–7 years of experience in architectural drafting and working drawings.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.

· Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction details, plans, elevations, and sections.

· Ability to interpret design concepts and convert them into detailed technical drawings.

· Knowledge of building construction methods and drafting standards.

· Solid attention to detail, time management, and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

· Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant design software.

· Experience in preparing detailed construction and execution drawings.

· Familiarity with site coordination and building approval drawings.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
