JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for skilled Draftspersons with 3–5 years of relevant experience in both architectural and interior design drafting. The ideal candidates should be proficient in AutoCAD and capable of preparing accurate technical drawings, working drawings, and construction details for architectural and interior design projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, sections, elevations, and working drawings.
- Create interior design drawings, including furniture layouts, false ceilings, flooring, partitions, and joinery details.
- Develop technical drawings based on concepts and instructions provided by architects and interior designers.
- Revise drawings according to design changes and project requirements.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure drawing accuracy and timely completion of deliverables.
- Coordinate with the BOQ team for measurements, quantity calculations, and drawing-related clarifications.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare measurement drawings as required.




- Ensure accuracy and consistency in drawings, dimensions, detailing, and construction documentation.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in both architectural drafting and interior design drafting.
- Valuable understanding of architectural drawings, interior detailing, and construction documentation.
- Ability to interpret design concepts and convert them into accurate technical drawings.
- Knowledge of site measurements, surveys, and measurement drawing preparation.
- Ability to coordinate with architects, interior designers, and BOQ teams.
- Strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT Candidates must have practical experience in both architecture and interior design projects. Applicants with experience in only one of these fields will not be suitable for this position.
