Role Description The DPDP Implementation Consultant will support the implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment of SkillsDA’s DPDP-related products and data privacy solutions. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from home with occasional visits to the Chennai office, approximately once or twice a month.

The consultant will work with clients and internal technical teams to understand requirements, assist with product setup, coordinate implementation activities, test product functionality, and support client onboarding. The role also involves preparing documentation, conducting user walkthroughs, tracking issues, and helping clients use the solutions effectively.

No prior work experience is required. Fresh graduates with an interest in technology, data privacy, and regulatory compliance are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and document client requirements for DPDP products and data privacy solutions.
- Assist with product configuration, account setup, user access, and workflow configuration.




- Coordinate with technical teams on product deployment, integrations, and implementation activities.
- Perform functional testing and user acceptance testing to verify product functionality.
- Identify, document, and track technical or functional issues and coordinate their resolution.
- Support client onboarding, product walkthroughs, and user training.
- Prepare implementation guides, user manuals, process documents, and progress reports.
- Monitor implementation milestones and follow up on pending activities.
- Assist clients with product usage queries and basic troubleshooting.
- Develop an understanding of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and applicable Rules to support the effective implementation of DPDP solutions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
