Responsibilities

- Gather and analyse business requirements from cross-functional teams.

- Design document structures, metadata models, taxonomies, and folder hierarchies.

- Configure document workflows, approvals, version control, and access permissions.

- Ensure compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and Annex 11 requirements.

- Prepare functional design documents, RTM, SOPs, and governance documentation.

- Support UAT, system validation, implementation, and post-go-live activities.

- Coordinate with technical teams and vendors for successful implementation.

Preferred candidate profile

- Hands-on experience with DMS platforms such as Veeva Vault, OpenText, or Documentum.

- Strong knowledge of document lifecycle and workflow configuration.

- Experience in metadata management and taxonomy governance.

- Exposure to regulated industries such as Pharma, Biotech, or Medical Devices.

- Understanding of GxP and regulatory compliance requirements.

- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
