- Develop and implement effective channel management strategies to increase revenue growth through partnerships with key accounts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify recent business opportunities, resolve issues, and improve overall performance.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform distribution strategy decisions.

Job Requirements :

- 5-10 years of experience in Electrical industry with expertise in channel partner management or similar role.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue streams through effective channel management.

- Strong understanding of local markets, including knowledge of competitors, customers, and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
