- Receive incoming emergency and non-emergency calls, service requests, or digital orders, assessing urgency and logging critical details like location and nature of the request.

- Plan and optimize routes, schedules, and assignments for drivers, vehicles, or work crews to minimize delays and fuel costs

- Monitor the live locations and progress of field personnel or fleets using GPS Tracking Systems and Transportation Management Software (TMS).

- Maintain constant two-way communication via radio, phone, or digital platforms to relay updates, changes, and instructions.
