Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch & Logistics In-Charge to oversee and manage the complete dispatch and logistics operations at our manufacturing facility in Bhagwanpur, Roorkee. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in manufacturing operations, dispatch planning, transportation management, inventory coordination, and timely delivery of finished goods.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the overall dispatch and logistics operations of the manufacturing unit.
- Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, sales, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Arrange transportation, vehicle placement, route planning, and shipment scheduling.
- Ensure accurate preparation and verification of dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and other required paperwork.
- Monitor vehicle loading, unloading, shipment tracking, and delivery status.
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure cost-effective transportation.
- Maintain dispatch records, delivery reports, and logistics-related MIS.
- Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure proper inventory coordination and availability of finished goods for dispatch.
- Handle customer complaints related to delivery delays, shortages,



and transit damages.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable transportation regulations.
- Lead and supervise the dispatch and logistics team to achieve operational targets.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations will be an advantage.
- Relevant experience in dispatch and logistics operations, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of dispatch planning, transportation management, warehouse coordination, and finished goods movement.
- Experience handling transporters, fleet coordination, and logistics documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and dispatch-related MIS reporting.
- Solid coordination, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple dispatch activities and meet delivery deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates currently working in the manufacturing industry will be preferred.
- Experience managing end-to-end dispatch and logistics operations in a manufacturing setup is highly desirable.
- Candidates who can independently handle dispatch planning, transporter management, documentation, and delivery coordination are encouraged to apply.

S Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
