Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Dispatch Engineer (Fresher) to support daily dispatch activities, maintain dispatch records, prepare documents, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure the timely delivery of materials and finished products.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing daily dispatch activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, and Sales departments for material readiness.
- Verify material quantities, packing, and product details before dispatch.
- Prepare dispatch documents, delivery challans, invoices, and e-way bills.
- Coordinate with transporters and arrange vehicles for dispatch.
- Maintain dispatch registers and update daily dispatch reports.




- Track dispatched materials and follow up on delivery status.
- Ensure proper packing, loading, and safe handling of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch documents and customer deliveries.
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn dispatch and logistics operations.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and a responsible attitude.

Preferred Candidate
- Freshers with a Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Candidates interested in dispatch, logistics, and manufacturing operations.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
