Role Description The Director role is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. The Director will oversee overall business operations, drive strategic planning, and ensure effective delivery of IT consulting and IT services.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, and guiding project execution to meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements. The Director will participate in business development activities, identify new market opportunities, and contribute to service offerings and organizational growth.



Daily tasks involve reviewing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions, mentoring senior staff, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, including team building, mentoring, and performance management.
- Experience in IT consulting or IT services, with the ability to oversee technical projects and align solutions with client needs.
- Strategic planning and business development capabilities, including market analysis and growth planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
