We are seeking a visionary leader to drive academic excellence, strengthen corporate partnerships, promote research and innovation, and position the School of Management as a centre of excellence in contemporary management education.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic and academic leadership for the School of Management.

- Drive curriculum development, programme innovation, and industry-oriented learning.

- Build corporate partnerships for internships, live projects, placements, consultancy, and executive education.

- Promote research, publications, entrepreneurship, and innovation.

- Lead faculty development, performance management, and academic quality initiatives.

- Strengthen student employability, industry exposure, and career outcomes.





- Oversee admissions growth, budgeting, quality assurance, and institutional development.

We are looking for a forward-thinking leader who can connect academia with industry, develop future-ready management professionals, and deliver measurable institutional outcomes.

? Institution: Rathinam Global University / Rathinam Group of Institutions

- Ph.D. in Management, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline, along with a postgraduate management qualification, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

- Preferably 5–10 years of relevant experience in management education, academic leadership, industry, or consulting.

- Senior-level leadership experience as Director, Dean, Associate Dean, Head of Department, or in an equivalent role.

- Robust corporate network and proven capability in industry engagement, placements, research, and institutional development.

- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
