Profile Description:

- A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Skilled will be responsible for delivering business impact by improving business processes, solving problems and driving change within the organization.
- Will ensure alignment of Qualitative and Quantitative initiatives with the company's strategic initiatives and help implement a culture of continuous improvement through leading by example and facilitating delivery of business impact/results through mentoring and coaching individuals.
- Provide advisory services to business units, help solve issues, create value, maximizing growth and improve business performance in the areas of strategy, structure, management and Operations using established frameworks and methodologies.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Bachelors degree in any stream.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

Role Prerequisites:

- Black belt certified professional with overall 10 years of experience with Five or more years of process transformation (managing large and medium scale transformational projects in complex business and systems environments)experience and wo or more years of managerial experience.
- Experience into Robotics process automation, optimization, Digitization & Automation Projects handling experience (Will be an added advantage).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner.




- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements.
- Ability to be customer-oriented in managing communications and issues.
- Ability to be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to be proactive in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player.
- A minimum of 24 months and above experience in playing a client facing role at a Manager or above is a must.
- Awareness and knowledge of broad, economic, demographic and technological, regulatory and global trends within the US Healthcare RCM industry.
- Knowledge and appreciation of current and upcoming technology (automation, tools and systems
- Understanding of the organizational system (interrelatedness, interdependencies and boundaries) and performing problem solving in a complex environment.
- Stakeholder and Communication Management.
