Role & responsibilities :

We are looking for a senior leader to own pre-sales and solutioning for their QA/QE business. This is a permanent leadership role with a direct mandate to shape strategy, win large deals and build the pre-sales team.

- Own the QE pre-sales strategy and run large-deal RFX pursuits end to end
- Architect enterprise QA/QE transformation roadmaps across functional, automation, performance and AI-led testing
- Lead C-suite engagement, proposal defence and deal closures
- Drive QE discovery workshops, maturity assessments and proofs of concept
- Define pricing, SoWs and commercial constructs
- Champion AI in QE, including GenAI-based testing, self-healing frameworks and intelligent defect analytics
- Build and scale the pre-sales and QE solutions team





Preferred candidate profile:

- 15+ years in QA/QE, including 5+ years in pre-sales or solutions leadership
- Proven record of closing large, complex QE deals in IT services or consulting
- Deep expertise in test automation, performance, API, security and AI-driven testing
- Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps/CI-CD ecosystems
- Executive presence with strong commercial acumen and storytelling ability
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT or Engineering
- Valuable to have: ISTQB Advanced/Expert, PMP or CSM certification
