Job Purpose:

Nekta is seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Operations to oversee the overall operations of our Bangalore site.

The Site

Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of services, maintaining operational excellence, managing client relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with all organizational and statutory requirements. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive efficiency, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across all site functions.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations and service delivery at the Bangalore site.
- Ensure adherence to agreed service levels, contractual commitments, and organizational standards.
- Lead and manage site teams, including operations, food services, Special Events, Pantry services, housekeeping, and support functions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor operational performance through regular reviews, audits, and reporting mechanisms.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, statutory requirements, and quality standards.
- Manage site budgets, operational costs, resource allocation, and productivity targets.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, service quality, and client experience.




- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
- Handle escalations, resolve operational challenges, and implement corrective actions as required.
- Support business growth initiatives, audits, inspections, and special projects.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence.

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Facility Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in operations, facility management, hospitality, corporate services, or integrated facility management.
- At least 5 years of experience in a site leadership or managerial role.
- Experience managing large-scale corporate, hospitality, or client-facing operations.
- Solid understanding of operational management, budgeting, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to lead large and diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
