Role Description The Director of Admissions is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end admissions function for ISFB’s finance and business programs.



This role oversees the development and execution of admissions strategies, including outreach campaigns, lead generation, and conversion initiatives aligned with institutional goals. The Director of Admissions manages admissions operations, including application review, selection processes, interviews, and communication with prospective learners and families.

The role collaborates closely with academic and marketing teams to ensure clear program messaging, accurate information, and a high-quality applicant experience. Daily responsibilities include supervising the admissions team, monitoring admissions metrics, refining policies and processes, and representing ISFB at events, partner engagements, and information sessions.

Qualifications

● A minimum of 12 years of experience, including some leadership roles in sales and admissions

● Prior experience in UG/PG education, especially premium or global finance/business programs

● Knowledge of current trends and challenges in the UG and PG education landscapes in India
