Job Summary An chance for an experienced Life Insurance sales professional to lead business development and strengthen the distribution network in Bhubaneswar.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive Life Insurance business growth and meet sales objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with agency partners, distributors, and business associates.
- Expand distribution channels and identify new business opportunities.
- Track sales performance and implement strategies to improve productivity.
- Support business development initiatives and maintain compliance with applicable policies.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in life insurance.
- Mandatory Agency Channel, Partner Channel, or Distributor Channel experience .
- Strong sales leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to drive business growth and achieve targets.

Important: Candidates with Banca Channel experience only are not eligible.
