Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage Facebook and Instagram marketing, run paid advertising campaigns, generate quality leads, and strengthen our digital presence in the overseas education sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop social media strategies and manage content calendars, posts, reels, and stories.
- Create, manage, and optimize META Ads campaigns for lead generation and improved ROI.
- Handle audience targeting, retargeting, budget management, and A/B testing.




- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and prepare reports.
- Manage audience engagement and coordinate with content, design, and counselling teams.
- Use data-driven insights to improve campaign performance and lead quality.

Requirements

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, and META Ads.
- Proficiency in META Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
- Valuable communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM and LMS portals is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and lead-generation funnels is beneficial.
