We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who knows what works on each social platform, makes email a channel that performs, and uses AI as part of everyday work. You’ll plan, create and measure campaigns across social media and email, and support paid ads.

Responsibilities

- Plan and run social media strategy across platforms, tailoring content to each one
- Use AI tools daily for research, content ideas, copy, visuals and reporting, and check every output before it goes live
- Build email marketing strategies, from audience segments to campaign calendars
- Write engaging emails that drive opens, clicks and action
- Track and analyse performance across social and email, and turn results into transparent next steps
- Support paid ad campaigns with basic setup,



monitoring and reporting

Qualifications

- 2 to 3 years of hands-on social media marketing experience
- Proficient with AI tools for social media, with real examples of how AI fits into your workflow
- A clear sense of what content works on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other platforms
- Experience creating email strategies and campaigns
- Comfortable with analytics and reporting for social and email
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Strong writing skills, organised and proactive

This is a mid‑level, full‑time, remote position.
