Institute of Digital Studies (IDS) is looking for an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Trainer with strong practical knowledge of digital marketing, performance marketing, and marketing automation. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering hands-on training, conducting live projects, and preparing students for real-world marketing roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom training on SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing.
- Provide hands-on training in GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and other industry-relevant tools.
- Teach keyword research, website optimization, lead generation, campaign planning, conversion optimization, and marketing analytics.
- Train students in marketing automation, including automated email campaigns, lead nurturing, CRM workflows, lead scoring, and automated follow-ups.
- Teach automation tools and platforms such as Zapier, Make, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, and relevant AI-powered marketing tools.
- Demonstrate how to automate lead capture, form submissions, customer communication, reporting, and repetitive marketing tasks.
- Introduce students to AI tools for content creation, campaign optimization, customer segmentation, and marketing productivity.
- Design practical assignments, live projects, case studies, and assessments.
- Guide students in executing real-world marketing campaigns and interpreting performance metrics.
- Keep course content updated with current digital marketing trends, tools, and automation technologies.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Help students build portfolios, prepare for interviews, and develop job-ready skills.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, lead generation, and performance marketing.
- Practical experience with marketing automation, CRM integration, workflow automation, and lead nurturing.
- Familiarity with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and campaign reporting.
- Understanding of AI-powered marketing tools and their practical applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts through practical demonstrations and live projects.
- Experience managing live campaigns, client projects, or digital marketing accounts.
- A relevant degree or professional certification is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Digital Marketing Trainer, agency professional, or in-house digital marketer.
- Experience implementing marketing automation workflows and CRM integrations.
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Meta certifications.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and delivering measurable campaign results.
- Ability to mentor students for internships, placements, and freelance opportunities.
