About us

Akaal Clinic is a charitable polyclinic in Mohali, offering consultations across multiple specialities under one roof. We’re committed to quality, affordable care for our community. We’re looking for a creative and reliable person to build our online presence and help more people know about our doctors, specialities and services.

What you’ll do

- Manage the Clinic Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Google Business profile
- Plan, shoot and edit short videos, Reels and posts introducing our doctors, specialities, OPD timings and services
- Create speciality-wise health awareness content in Punjabi, Hindi and English
- Promote current doctors, new services, health camps, special health days and events
- Make posters, banners and graphics for social media and the clinic notice board
- Keep doctors’ schedules and OPD timings updated online
- Reply to messages and comments politely and pass patient enquiries to the reception
- Encourage and manage Google reviews
- Track page growth and share a simple monthly report




- Keep all patient information private, and post patient photos or videos only with written consent

Who we’re looking for

- Familiar with social media content creation software, such as Canva, CapCut, InShot, VN, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar
- Able to shoot, edit and publish Reels, short videos, posts and graphics independently
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Google Business profile
- Good communication in Punjabi and Hindi; basic English
- Creative, punctual and comfortable working with doctors on camera
- Healthcare or hospital experience is a plus, but not required

Freshers: if you’ve made Reels or videos for any business, show us. We’ll value your work samples more than your degree.
