Petrotech Safety Solutions is one of Kerala’s leading safety training institutes and a NEBOSH Gold Learning Partner. We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to strengthen our online presence, drive student acquisition, and improve lead conversions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in digital marketing, paid advertising, SEO, content strategy, analytics, and AI tools. Experience in educational marketing or professional training is preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
- Drive student enquiries, improve lead quality, and increase enrolment conversions.
- Manage social media, content strategy, reels, testimonials, and promotional campaigns.
- Optimize website, SEO, landing pages, and lead-generation funnels.
- Track campaign performance, analyze leads, and improve ROI using analytics and AI tools.
- Coordinate with design, video production, website, and admissions teams to achieve marketing goals.

Requirements:

- 5–10 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in education or professional training.




- Strong expertise in paid advertising, SEO, social media, and lead generation.
- Proficiency in AI tools, analytics, and conversion optimization.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to execute campaigns independently and deliver measurable results.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
