? Salary: ₹6.0 Lakhs to ₹6.5 LPA (Commensurate with market standards, experience, & expertise)

? Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in planning and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns

? Key Responsibilities

- Campaign Strategy: Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and email.
- Social Media & Content: Manage social media accounts, oversee content calendars, and drive meaningful audience engagement.
- Lead Generation: Design and execute high-converting digital campaigns to attract, nurture, and convert prospects.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs using web analytics, interpret data insights, and prepare performance reports with actionable optimization strategies.
- Budget Management: Oversee allocation and spend optimization for paid advertising campaigns.
- Brand Alignment: Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints.

? Qualifications & Skills

- Core Expertise:



Strong background in integrated online marketing and social media platform management.
- Data-Driven: Proficient in web analytics and performance tracking.
- Technical Skills: Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation tools is highly beneficial.
- Execution: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Education: Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (relevant digital marketing certifications are a plus).
