Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Kolkata, with flexibility for some work from home. The intern will support day-to-day digital marketing activities, including assisting with social media campaign planning, content scheduling, and community engagement across platforms.

Responsibilities include helping monitor and report on web analytics and campaign performance, conducting basic online research on competitors and trends, and contributing ideas to improve online marketing initiatives.



The role also involves coordinating with team members on SEO-related tasks, updating website content under guidance, and maintaining organized documentation of campaigns. The intern will participate in regular team meetings, communicate progress clearly, and proactively seek feedback to improve skills.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing to support campaigns and engagement initiatives.
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics to assist with performance tracking and optimization.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for clear reporting, collaboration, and interaction with internal teams.
- Basic understanding of SEO, content creation, and major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) is beneficial.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow instructions, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
