Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern will support UJUR’s marketing initiatives by assisting in planning, executing, and monitoring online campaigns. This internship role is on-site in Bargarh, where the intern will work closely with the marketing and product teams to create content for social media, track engagement, and help grow the platform’s digital presence. Daily responsibilities include helping manage social media channels, collecting and analyzing basic web and campaign analytics, conducting online research on healthcare and technology trends,



and contributing ideas for digital outreach activities.

The intern will also assist in maintaining consistent brand messaging, preparing simple reports on campaign performance, and collaborating on marketing materials and communication assets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing for managing and growing UJUR’s digital presence.
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics to support campaign execution and performance tracking.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for creating clear, engaging messages and collaborating with team members.
- Basic understanding of healthcare or technology sectors, or a strong interest in learning about them, is beneficial.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Bargarh, manage time effectively, and take initiative in a fast-evolving environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation tools, and basic data analysis tools is an advantage.
