Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.

- Manage and update company social media profiles, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.

- Create engaging content for social media posts, blogs, website updates, and promotional campaigns.

- Support Search Engine Optimization (SEO) activities, including keyword research and basic on-page optimization.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify digital marketing trends.

- Assist in preparing social media calendars and scheduling posts.

- Track and analyze campaign performance using relevant digital marketing tools.

- Support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.

- Collaborate with the HR, Sales, and Business Development teams for promotional activities and employer branding.

- Prepare regular reports on social media engagement, website traffic, and campaign performance.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of content writing, copywriting,



video editing and creative content development.

- Familiarity with Canva or similar graphic design tools is an advantage.

- Basic understanding of SEO, keywords, and website analytics.

- Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

- Valuable organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or Google Ads.

- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and lead generation.

- Experience using AI tools for content creation, research, and marketing productivity.

- Knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation tools.

Eligibility Criteria

- Recent graduates in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related fields.

- Freshers with a strong interest in digital marketing are encouraged to apply.
