Role: Digital Marketing Expert - (Meta Ads)

Shift Timings- 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM | Mon Fri

Job Type- Full time (Work from Office)

Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
- Develop full-funnel strategies (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion)
- Perform audience research, targeting, and retargeting
- Manage budgets and optimize campaigns for ROI, CPA, CPL, and ROAS
- Create and test ad creatives (copy, formats, placements)
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking
- Analyze campaign performance and share insights with stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad formats
- Ensure adherence to Meta ad policies
- Collaborate with creative, content, and client-facing teams

Requirements:

- 34 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads
- Robust understanding of Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Pixel tracking
- Experience with lead generation and conversion campaigns
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Experience handling multiple accounts and budgets
- Knowledge of UTM tracking and reporting dashboards is a plus
