Job Summary

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will assist the marketing team in executing digital campaigns, managing online platforms, researching industry trends, analyzing performance, and supporting client marketing activities. This role is ideal for candidates who want to develop practical digital marketing skills and build a career in the digital marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.
- Support social media management, content planning, scheduling, and audience engagement.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Assist with basic SEO activities, including on-page optimization and website content improvements.
- Support content creation by coordinating with graphic designers, video editors, and social media executives.
- Assist in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns under team guidance, where applicable.
- Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, engagement, and other relevant marketing metrics.
- Prepare basic performance reports and help identify opportunities for improvement.




- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and new marketing tools.
- Complete assigned tasks within deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Participate in team discussions, brainstorming sessions, and learning activities.

Required Skills
- Basic understanding or strong interest in digital marketing.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or digital advertising is an advantage.

Internship Duration & Full-Time Employment Opportunity
- Internship Period: Up to 3 months.
- Candidates will receive practical training and hands-on experience working on real digital marketing projects during the internship.




- Performance will be evaluated based on work quality, learning ability, task completion, punctuality, teamwork, initiative, and professional conduct.
- After completing the internship of up to 3 months, candidates who meet IQTechway’s performance expectations may be offered a full-time, on-role position.
- Full-time employment will be based on individual performance and business requirements and will be confirmed through a separate employment offer letter detailing salary, job responsibilities, probation terms, and other applicable conditions.

Important: Full-time employment is not automatic or guaranteed upon completion of the internship. Selection will depend on the candidate’s performance and suitability for the role.
