Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive will manage and execute day-to-day digital marketing activities to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation for Industry Ready Academy.

Responsibilities include planning and running social media campaigns, creating and optimizing web content, tracking and reporting on key performance metrics, and coordinating online promotions. The role involves closely monitoring web analytics to refine strategies, supporting email marketing efforts,



and collaborating with internal teams to align digital campaigns with overall marketing goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, requiring consistent presence at the academy’s location and active participation in marketing meetings and initiatives.

Qualifications

- Robust Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills, including campaign planning and execution on major platforms.
- Proficiency in Web Content Writing and Communication skills to create clear, engaging, and audience-focused digital content.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools to measure performance, interpret data, and optimize digital strategies.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and basic digital advertising concepts is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in digital marketing or internships in a similar role will be an advantage.
