Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive will manage and execute day-to-day marketing activities to promote Cleancode’s technical courses and learning centers. This full-time, on-site role based in Belgaum involves planning and running digital campaigns, handling social media channels, creating web content, and monitoring online engagement. The role includes analyzing campaign performance using web analytics tools, optimizing marketing strategies, and preparing regular reports.

The Digital Marketing

Executive will collaborate with the sales, academic, and placement teams to align messaging, support lead generation,



and strengthen brand awareness in the local market. The position also requires staying updated on digital marketing trends and proposing new initiatives to improve reach and conversion.

Qualifications

- Strong Marketing skills with experience in planning and executing digital campaigns.
- Effective Communication skills, including the ability to create transparent, engaging messaging for diverse audiences.
- Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing, including managing profiles, content calendars, and audience engagement.
- Proficiency in Web Content Writing for websites, landing pages, and promotional materials.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and email marketing is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Comfort working in office in Belgaum and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
