We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in handling digital marketing activities, social media platforms, and online promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of digital marketing tools, content creation, SEO, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

- Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media posts, reels, and promotional content.

- Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns to improve brand awareness and online engagement.

- Perform basic SEO activities, keyword research, and website content optimization.

- Monitor social media performance, website traffic, and campaign results.

- Assist in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.

- Prepare digital marketing reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Coordinate with the graphic design and content teams for marketing creatives and promotional materials.

- Research competitors, industry trends,



and new digital marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Tools

- Social Media Management: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube.

- Digital Advertising: Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).

- SEO Tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and keyword research tools.

- Content Management: WordPress or other CMS platforms.

- Creative Tools: Canva; basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is an added advantage.

- Email Marketing: Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.

- Analytics & Reporting: Social media insights, website traffic analysis, and campaign performance tracking.

- Basic knowledge of content writing, hashtags, captions, and social media trends.

- Good communication, creativity, analytical thinking, and time management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
