About the Role:

We are a growing software product company looking for a proactive Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to help build our product’s online presence, generate awareness ,and support lead generation. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure in product marketing, SaaS branding, and digital growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow social media channels for the software product (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.)
- Create product-focused content such as feature highlights, updates, use cases, demos, and customer benefits
- Write simple, clear captions and posts explaining product value
- Schedule content and engage with followers (comments, DMs)
- Support lead generation campaigns through organic and paid channels
- Assist in running and optimizing paid ads (Meta / Google / LinkedIn) under guidance
- Support SEO activities for product website and blogs
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports (leads, reach, engagement)
- Coordinate with product, design, and tech teams for launches and updates




- Stay updated with SaaS and digital marketing trends

Required Skills & Knowledge:

- Good understanding of digital marketing and social media
- Interest in software products / SaaS marketing
- Ability to understand product features and explain them in simple language
- Basic knowledge of ads, SEO, and analytics
- Good written communication skills
- Creative mind set with a willingness to learn and experiment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment
- Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite (preferred).

Qualifications:

- Graduate / Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field
- Certification in Digital Marketing is an added advantage
