Key Responsibilities
- Calling Team Automation & Voice Bot Transformation
•Lead end-to-end automation initiatives for calling teams using Voice Bots and Conversational AI.
•Design and implement customer engagement journeys across Reactivation, Sales, Service, Cross-Sell, and Retention campaigns.
•Work closely with business teams to identify use cases suitable for automation.
•Coordinate with technology teams, vendors, Compliance, Risk, and Information Security teams for deployment.
•Integrate Voice Bots with SFDC and internal systems to enable seamless lead management and customer interaction tracking.
