Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Dialer Technician to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot dialer systems used in international BPO and website sales operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Vicidial, GoAutoDial, Asterisk, SIP/VoIP configurations, and inbound/outbound calling campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot dialer systems, including Vicidial, GoAutoDial, and Asterisk.
- Manage inbound, outbound, and blended calling campaigns.
- Configure SIP trunks, VoIP systems, DID numbers, and carrier connectivity.
- Monitor dialer performance, call connectivity, call quality, and system availability.
- Troubleshoot issues related to call drops, one-way audio, registration failures, latency, and connectivity.
- Configure and maintain agent extensions, softphones, and SIP devices such as Zoiper, X-Lite, and EyeBeam.
- Monitor server resources, dialer services, and network connectivity to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Coordinate with internet service providers, telecom vendors, and SIP trunk providers to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain dialer configurations, system backups, technical documentation, and troubleshooting records.
- Provide timely technical support to sales teams and operations teams.




- Ensure the smooth functioning of dialer systems in a 24/7 BPO environment.

Technical Skills Required
- Hands-on experience with Vicidial, GoAutoDial, and Asterisk.
- Robust understanding of SIP, VoIP, DID, SIP trunking, and telephony infrastructure.
- Experience configuring Zoiper, X-Lite, EyeBeam, or similar softphones.
- Knowledge of Linux server administration and basic command-line troubleshooting.
- Understanding of LAN/WAN networking, firewalls, ports, and network troubleshooting.
- Ability to diagnose call routing, audio, registration, and connectivity issues.
- Knowledge of dialer campaign configuration, agent extensions, and call monitoring.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BPO dialer technical support.
- Previous experience supporting international BPO or website sales processes is preferred.
- Diploma, bachelor's degree, or relevant technical qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to operational issues.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and support 24/7 operations when required.
